T800 – Suitable for High care and low care operations
The T800 is a machine that has been designed to serve medium to higher volume washing requirements and offers a flexible solution to suit various applications. The T800 has been installed in many sites where high care requirements are of extreme importance and the design has many features associated with High care applications. We work with our customers to ensure all their requests are clearly understood and included at the initial negotiation and design stage.
The T800 is popular Industrial washing machine that has been well received through various types of industry over several years and has the capability to wash 600 – 800 items per hour and is supplied to industries such as food and meat processing, bakeries, salad, and prepared meal producers.
As standard it is just under 11 metres long and is one of our most diverse machines that utilises a stainless single chain or versatile mesh belt depending on what is being washed. It offers a recirculating high-powered detergent hot prewash and a recirculating detergent wash that can be heated via electric, steam or Gas as choice and a fresh rinse from mains that can also be supplied including a sanatiser as a total loss or directed back to pre-wash.
