IWM is gearing up for Siemens Transform 2026, taking place on 15 and 16 July at Manchester Central. We have been selected by Underwoods, a key Siemens distributor, to represent the food and beverage manufacturing sector at this major technology exhibition.
Transform 2026 brings together industry leaders to explore how automation, monitoring and connectivity are reshaping modern manufacturing. Each industry sector at the event is linked through a central technology hub, demonstrating how data and smart control systems are driving the factories of the future.
While the main exhibition stand and core event are being delivered by Underwoods and Siemens, we have our own spotlight. We are bringing a purpose-built demonstration cabinet washer to the show, fitted with a dedicated display screen that puts our engineering and technology front and centre.
Our presence at Transform 2026 is specifically focused on the food and beverage sector. This industry faces some of the toughest hygiene, compliance and efficiency demands of any manufacturing environment, and it is exactly where IWM’s washing systems are built to perform.
By showcasing our demonstration machine within the food and beverage pillar of the event, we can speak directly to the challenges this sector knows best: strict regulatory standards, high-throughput requirements, and the need for consistent, repeatable cleaning results. It is also a chance to show how connected technology, from Siemens control systems through to live data monitoring, is becoming just as important to food and beverage manufacturers as the washing process itself.
Our demonstration machine has been designed specifically for this event and future collaborations. It is fully operational, though not a commercial product in itself. The real story is what sits behind it: Siemens control systems, smart automation and intelligent monitoring, all built on IWM’s engineering expertise.

Alerts and notifications for operators and management will also feature, showing how misuse prevention and real-time data are becoming standard parts of modern washing systems, not optional extras.
