The T200 is a compact, entry-level automatic tray washing system that replaces manual and hose cleaning with an efficient, professional process.

It is ideal for smaller operations across food manufacturing, food distribution, packaging and logistics, particularly those handling RTPs (Returnable Transit Packaging) and Euro Crates. The T200 delivers consistent cleaning performance, reduces water and chemical consumption, and significantly cuts labour costs.

This machine introduces true automation for sites ready to improve hygiene standards and productivity without investing in a large multi-stage system.

Compact Size, High Performance

The T200 industrial tray washer combines compact design with impressive throughput. It can wash up to 200 trays per hour, accommodating standard 600 x 400mm trays up to 300mm in height, with flexibility for varying sizes.

A 2.2 kW pump drives targeted spray jets that remove residues and contaminants from every surface. The adjustable conveyor speed allows operators to balance throughput and wash intensity, maintaining high hygiene levels while optimising energy and water use.

Constructed from 304-grade stainless steel and equipped with 2 × 12 kW heaters (24 kW total), the T200 delivers reliable, high-temperature washing performance in a compact footprint. It is an excellent choice for small to medium-volume tray washing applications seeking professional results without the size or cost of a larger system.

Built-In Safety for Peace of Mind

Operator safety is at the core of the T200’s design. Each machine includes multiple features that protect users and ensure reliable operation:

  • Interlocked access doors automatically stop the pump and conveyor when opened.
  • Emergency stop buttons are fitted at both operator stations for immediate isolation.
  • A photocell sensor halts the conveyor if trays reach the end uncollected or if the line is inactive, conserving energy and water.
  • Fixed guarding with secure fastenings prevents access to moving parts.
  • The IP66-rated control panel ensures safe washdown in wet environments.
  • Heater protection circuits shut off the heating system in case of faults, preventing overheating.
Safety Features

A. Interlocked Door - A dual-channel interlock switch prevents the machine from operating when the door is opened. This ensures the conveyor and pump come to a safe stop before entry.

B. Emergency Stops at Both Operator Stations - Dual-channel e-stop buttons are positioned at each operator station, providing immediate isolation of the machine in the event of an unsafe condition.

C. Photocell for Product Containment - Automatically halts the conveyor if items approach the end of the line without being collected. In addition, if a period of inactivity is detected, the machine will enter “dormant mode” whereby the pump and conveyor will temporarily be disabled to save water and energy.

D. IP66-Rated Control Panel- The control panel meets an IP66 ingress protection rating, safeguarding electrical components for worry- free wash down.

E. Fixed Guarding with Secure Fastenings - Fixed guarding is installed around all hazardous zones and is securely bolted in place. The guards provide robust protection around moving parts and can only be removed using tools.

F. Heater Protection - Heater circuits are protected by shunt trips, which provide a positive safety shutdown in the event of a fault, preventing heaters from being energised under abnormal conditions and protecting associated contactors and components.

  • Standoff boss mounting to avoid dirt traps around critical components.
  • 304 stainless-steel construction for durability and corrosion resistance.

Bespoke modifications are also available for special handling requirements, extended conveyors or higher throughput configurations.
