Layer Pad Washers

One of the pieces of washing equipment that we offer is the layer pad washer. This is a fully conveyorised layer pad washer, to wash layer pads on a continuous basis. Standard features on the layer pad washers include, stainless steel filters, stainless steel variable speed roller conveyance, stainless steel 316 pumps and stainless steel jet arrays complet with bayonet nozzles. We also offer additional heating options and filtration methods to suit individual applications.
The layer pad washers have sustained jetting with hot water and detergent re-circulated from a heated wash tank powered by a 10Hp pump. The layer pad washers may also be fitted with two stage brushing from internal driven rotary brushes and includes solenoid controlled fresh rinse from the mains as standard.
Following the wash treatment within the layer pad washer, layer pads receive sustained jetting with hot water to remove detergent, which can be heated up to 85C for sanitation, high pressure water removal via blower fan array, and leave the machine via automatic pad stacking system.
Our layer pad washers design speed exceeds 600 layer pads an hour as standard, and even higher throughputs are also achievable with larger models.
